Karen Ranea Hitt, 65 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found standing outside a man’s home yelling and acting in a boisterous manner.
Police added that Hitt had been told to stay away from the home on Lakeview Drive before she returned intoxicated.
Hitt is charged with public drunk and criminal trespass.
