Patsy Michelle Payne, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she caused a wreck while driving under the influence of alcohol with a child in the vehicle.
Police said that Payne drove on the wrong side of the roadway before crashing into another vehicle.
Payne is charged with DUI, endangering a child by DUI, improper backing and failure to maintain lane.
