Marcia Brown Parish, 60 of Summerville, was arrested for allegedly attacking a 33 year-old woman in the MRI room at Floyd Medical Center.
Reports said that Parish grabbed the woman by the throat and choked her. The victim was left with numerous scratches on her throat.
Parish is charged with aggravate assault and child cruelty.
