Tyreke Tyshun Cameron, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he punched a 28 year-old woman in the face during an altercation at his home on East 13th Street.
Police said that the victim, who is the mother of his child. was left with visible injuries and bleeding to her face.
Reports added that the couple’s child witnessed the attack.
Cameron is charged with battery and cruelty to children.
