Kevin Wayne Eddy, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole over $1,200 in items over a period of weeks from the West Rome Walmart.
Reports stated that Eddy committed the thefts between January 19th and February 21st of this year.
Items stolen included; automotive items, hardware items and other uncategorized items, totaling $1,220.29.
Eddy is charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
