Erick Josue Zapet-Vicente, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he tried to obtain an identification card from the Department of Driver’s Services using another person’s identity.
Reports stated that Zapet-Vicente used the name of Jeus Daniel Figueroa with a birthdate of September 13, 1981, as his own for the application for the ID.
Authorities stated that the incident occurred back in April 2012 and was not discovered until February 5, 2025.
Zapet-Vicente is charged with false statements and writings.
