Christopher Chase Payne, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated his bond when he made contact with his estranged wife.
Reports said that the courts had ordered Payne not to have any contact with the victim before calling her 50 times and leaving her 4 voice mail messages.
The stalking has occurred since February 11th.
