Andrew Anthony Outlaw, 30 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he drove recklessly down SR 101 at Shadowood Circle as he hit multiple power poles and a fence while under the influence.
Police added that Outlaw also hit another vehicle and then left the scene of the accident.
The incident occurred back on March 7th, but Outlaw was taken into custody late this week at his home on Wax Road.
Outlaw is charged with hit and run, DUI, passing in a no passing zone, following too closely, failure to maintain and reckless driving.
