Tamra Lynn Winn 33 of Atlanta, was arrested in Lindale after reports said she caused a disturbance at the Family Dollar on Park Avenue.
Reports said that Winn stood in the parking lot while cursing at customers while blocking them from getting in their cars.
Winn is charged with disorderly conduct.
