Jesse William Tapp, 41 of Rome, was arrested after becoming violent and threatening toward his wife during a dispute at her home on Williamson Street.
Reports said that Tapp began to yell obscenities at the victim while saying “I’ll beat you’re a**” and “you’ll pay for this tonight”.
Tapp is charged with terroristic threats/acts and disorderly conduct.
