Naomi LeAnn Nolan, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she allowed her 4 year-old daughter to take her vape pen, which contained THC, to her pre-k classroom at Armuchee Primary School.
Reports stated that the drug pen was found when the child took it out of her bookbag.
Nolan is charged with possession of THC in a school zone and reckless conduct.
