Letha Jackson McBurnett, 40 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after a report said she took a man’s cellphone without his permission and attempted to destroy it.
Police added that when they attempted to take her into custody, she fought against them.
McBurnett is charged with theft by taking and two counts of obstruction.
