Deidra Diana Reed, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stalked and threatened to kill a 53 year-old woman at her home on Burlington Road.
Reports said that after stalking the victim at her home she began to smash her car windshield.
Reed allegedly caused over $600 in damages to the car.
While being taken into custody, Reed is accused of attempting to kick officers.
Reed is charged with aggravated stalking, 2nd degree criminal damage to property, two counts felony obstruction, simple battery against a police officer, terroristic threats and acts.
