Pamela Colleen Ellison, 67 of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said she took money from numerous people to do their taxes, but never performed the work, instead keeping the money for herself.
Reports said that Ellison took checks for $400, $150, $250, $200 and $400 from victims aging from 52 year-old to 67 year-old.
Ellison is charged with five counts theft by conversion.
