Erin Kelly Copeland, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports she made a false report of a domestic violence case.
Police stated that while taking her into custody, Copeland allegedly sat on the ground and refused to walk when given lawful orders to do so.
The incident occurred at her Pine Park Drive home.
Copeland is charged with false report of a crime and obstruction of law enforcement.
