Caitlin Diane Mason, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she threw a vape pen at a 22 year-old man, striking him in the body.
Police added that the victim suffered a “small mark”.
A 1 year-old child witnessed the attack.
Mason is charged with simple battery and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree.
