Damarcus Rayshun Ragland, 35, Michael Lewis Howard, 60, Christopher Carson, 43, were arrested this week after a search warrant was issued at 1909 Olmstead Street, which resulted in police finding cocaine and marijuana.
Police said that along with the cocaine and marijuana they recovered a glass smoking device.
Ragland is charged with possession of cocaine and contempt of superior court.
