Dalton Dakota Lloyd, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he committed a hit and run while driving under the influence of alcohol.
Reports said that Lloyd caused a wreck on 24 Riverpoint Place and then left the scene.
He was later located and found to have been driving while intoxicated.
Lloyd is charged with DUI and hit and run.
