Cody Stephen Poe, 43 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he caused a disturbance at a home on Miller Mountain Road.
Reports aid that Poe screamed and yelled at another person after being told to leave and keep the peace.
Officers added that when they arrive on the scene, Poe refused to place his hands behind his back and jerked away from them.
Poe is charged with maintaining a disorderly house and obstruction of law enforcement.
