A homeless 58 year-old Rome man, Clifton Lynn Jackson, was arrested this week after reports said he was captured repeatedly stealing from the West Rome Walmart.
Reports said that Jackson had previously been banned from the store for the same actions when he returned this week and was captured stealing $59.99 worth of items.
Jackson is charged with theft by shoplifting, criminal trespass, and probation violation.
