Lindsey Michelle Bedwell, 20 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she committed a hit and run on SR 101 and then failed to get medical care for a child.
Reports did not indicate the age of the child in the vehicle or the injuries they sustained.
Bedwell is charged with hit and run and cruelty to children.
