Gary Cleveland Fuller Jr, 45 formally of Rome, was arrested after reports said he failed to notify Floyd County law enforcement of his move to 1442 Highway 41 in Calhoun.
Report said that the move occurred earlier this month and Fuller never told authorities of his relocation.
Fuller is charged with sex offender registration violation and probation violation.
