An inmate at the Floyd County Prison, Troy Daniel Bishop, 30, was jailed this week after reports said he intentionally broke a sprinkler head off of the ceiling of cell 254.
Reports stated that Bishop’s actions caused flooding in multiple cells and the fire suppression system to have to become disabled for a period of time.
Bishop is charged with interference with government property.
