Angela Sue Arp, 55 of Rome, was arrested at the East Rome Walmart after reports said she interchanged the price tags of items at Walmart with an attempt to pay a lesser amount.
Reports said that Arp placed a tag from a short from the clearance rack and placed it on a pair of jogging pants.
The total loss for Walmart was listed at $34.94
Arp is charged with theft by shoplifting.
