Lindale Man Arrested After Tossing Younger Woman’s Clothing in Trash

Mickey Dale Dempsey Sr, 74 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he threw a 20 year-old woman’s clothing in the trash can.

Police said that Dempsey tossed $1,080 in clothing in the trash.

Dempsey is charged with 2^nd degree criminal damage to property.
