Andrew Jamey McInvale, 27 of Waco, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he was found with various drugs during a traffic stop.
Reports said that officers found marijuana, oxycodone, and other prescription drugs that were not in their original container.
McInvale is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession/sale of dangerous drugs and failure to obey traffic control devices.
