Hector Raul Hernandez Guerra, 29 of Rome, and Rebecca Hope Montana, 35 of Cartersville, were arrested in Rome after a traffic stop on the Loop at Wilbanks Road resulted in officers finding numerous drugs.
Reports said that police found methamphetamine, marijuana and digital scales during the stop.
Officers did not say why the initial stop was conducted.
Both are charged with possession of meth and drug related objects.
Montoya is additionally charged with possession of marijuana.
