Edgar Ernest Skeems, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after report said he harassed a woman that had told him to not make contact with her any longer.
Reports said that Skeems repeatedly called the victim between November 6th and 10th after being told not to do so.
Skeems is charged with harassing communications.
