Matthew Jake Hopkins, 19 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he slashed holes in all of a woman’s car tires.
The incident occurred at the Lowe’s Distribution Plant on Prosperity Way.
The estimated damage was listed at $600.
Hopkins is charged with criminal damage to property.
