Luke Eugene Mayhall, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked and attacked another man at his home on Walenda Drive.
Reports said that Mayhall followed the victim for over three miles to his home. Once stopped, Mayhall punched the victim in front of two juveniles.
Mayhall is charged with simple battery, criminal trespass, stalking and contributing to the delinquency of a minor..
