Patrick Oren Manning, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found passed out in a drunken state while in public at the La Quinta Inn on Chateau Drive.
Reports added that Manning was found blocking the hallway while being a nuisance to customers.
Manning is charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and city drunkenness.
