Regina Beasley Haynes, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she caused a breach of peace when she began yelling and cursing at neighbors at an apartment complex on Chateau Drive.
Reports added that Haynes used slur words toward the victim during the incident at the Sky Top Apartment Complex.
Hayne is charged with disorderly conduct.
