Carlas Ann Evans, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked another person at a location on North Division Street.
Reports said that Evans struck the victim with her hand and then shoved them against the wall.
The victim suffered visible markings on their right arm.
Evans is charged with simple battery and probation violation.
