Heather Denise Banks, 39 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said she burglarized a home on Dublin Circle.

Reports stated that Banks went into the home through a basement door and stole copper wiring.

The theft occurred back on October 17th.

A follow-up investigation led to Banks being the suspect in the case.  While speaking with Banks, officers said that they found a drill, hacksaw and bolt cutters.
