Misti Ann Smith, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she tried to hide methamphetamine from police at Goodwill on Hicks Drive.
Police said that Smith attempted to throw the meth away while being approached by officers.
Reports added that Smith fight with officers while being taken into custody.
Smith is charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and littering.
