Teri Beth Ramsey, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he beat a 19 year-old female in the face with her fist during a dispute at their home on Addington Drive.
Reports said that the victim suffered visible injuries to her forehead.
Ramsey is charged with battery.
