Charles Robert Garrett, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked and then threatened to kill his 44 year-old estranged wife in front of their small child.
Reports said that Garrett was arrested for punching the victim in front of the child last April during a domestic dispute. He has since had a no-contact order after being released from jail on that charge. He was also arrested in 2019 for beating the victim. (BOTH STORIES BELOW)
Garrett is charged with cruelty to children, aggravated stalking and terroristic threats and acts.
