Nicholas Brandon Worthy, 20 of Rome, a convicted felon, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a gun on another man during a dispute on Dean Avenue at Old School Road.
Police said that on September 11th, Worthy pulled the gun without justification and placed the victim in fear of their life.
Worthy is charged with aggravated assault, two counts possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm while committing a crime.
