Tony Eugene Blasengame JR, 35 of Lindale, was jailed this week after exposing his sexual organ and masturbating in front of Floyd County Police Officer Kelsi Wade.
Events began when officers were dispatched to Pepperell High School after Blasengame was observed acting as if he was found loitering on the property attempting to pull on car door handles.
Afater being taken into custody, Blasengame asked Wade if he could “see your titt**s”. He then removed his penis from his shorts and began to masturbate while looking at her.
Blasengame is charged with public indecency, loitering and criminal attempt to commit a misdemeanor.
