Juan Jose Cruz Rangel, 26 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he stabbed a man at the Silver Creek EZ Stop convenience store.
Reports stated that during a verbal dispute, Rangal pulled a knife and stabbed the victim in the stomach.
The stabbing occurred just before 11 pm Wednesday.
Rangel is charged with aggravated assault.
