Kiara Andrea Heyward, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allowed her children to live in a home that was saturated with animal urine, feces and a roach infestation.
Reports said that while living at 253 E. Big Indian Trail she allowed her living to live in a condition that was not suitable for humans. Not only was the home filled with the above mentioned, but the ceiling was falling in and the flooring was unstable.
Heyward is charged with cruelty to children in the 2nd degree, cruelty to children in the 1st degree and maintaining a disorderly house.
