Meaghan Mary Malacarne, 34 of Douglasville, was arrested in Rome after reports said she was found in possession of both synthetic marijuana and leafy marijuana.
She was taken into custody at a location on Lavender Drive.
Malacarne is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana
