Waynetta Elaine Bryant, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she obtained an elder man’s bank card and then obtained $858.94 in cash between June 28 and July 1st.
Reports added that the 77 year-old victim did not give Bryant consent to use his bank card to withdraw the funds.
Bryant is charged with financial transaction card fraud, exploitation of the elderly and failure to appear.
