Ladarrius Lee Clemons, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a 48 year-old woman when he stalked her at her home and place of work.
Reports added that Clemons was found inside the home of the victim while she was not there.
Clemons is charged with stalking.
