Buster Bill Kitchens, 47 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened a dog with a knife while walking along the road intoxicated.
Officers said that while walking along Manco Drive he pulled out a knife and threatened his neighbor’s dog with his knife.
Kitchens is charged with terroristic threats and acts along with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.
