Joseph Lee Alexander Costlow, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted his 42 year-old brother with his cup.
Reports said that Costlow threw a cup at his brother, nearly hitting his brother’s son in the process.
Costlow is also accused of attempting to cause violent injury with his cup.
Costlow is charged with simple assault.
