Tony Eugene Blasengame Jr, 35 of Rome, was arrested at Atrium Health Floyd after reports said he refused to leave the hospital.
Authorities stated that Blasengame was asked multiple times to exit the property and not return after he was seen looking into parked car windows.
Police added that Blasengame returned to the hospital where he was allegedly spotted doing the same thing.
Blasengame is charged with prowling and criminal trespass.
