Jeffrey Todd Vaughn, 56 of Aragon, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned and assaulted a 52 year-old woman at a home on Harmony Road.
Reports stated that the victim was found with cuts on her hands and lips after being rescued.
Vaughn is also accused of spitting in the victim’s face.
Vaughn is charged with battery, simple assault and false imprisonment.
