Brittany Renea Garrett, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with methamphetamine at a home on King Bee Circle, in which she had been trespassing at.
She is also accused of refusing to identify herself to police.
When officers attempted to take her into custody, Garrett is accused of breaking a telephone that was in the holding cell. After being handcuffed, Garrett proceeded to remove them while proceeding to kick at officers
Garrett is charged with possession of methamphetamine, criminal trespass, interference with government property, felony obstruction of law enforcement and obstruction.
