Jimmy Wray Hoppes, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a woman’s iPad.
Reports stated that Hoppes took the iPad from a woman while she was shopping at Walmart.
Authorities stated that the iPad was a Generation8 and was valued at $600.
Hoppes is charged with theft by taking.
